Lunacy Pets

Lunacy Studios Pets

Welcome to Lunacy Studios, a game studio completely run by pets and not their pesky humans. You can tell because the main character in our debut game, The House of Hikmah, is absolutely the Owl, not the human girl.

So who is the team behind our new game?

Demanding and opinionated, Kuna started as our sole programmer before he realised he could have more treats as the game director, so now he leads the whole team. He was the one who suggested we add a treat dispenser at the end of each puzzle.

As a fully remote studio, our next hire was obviously a pair of dryer repairmen: Oedipus (Oeddie) Rex and Guy #2. This way, if we ever build an in-person studio, we don’t need to worry about fixing our in-house laundry machines.

Our Tech Artist, Booboo (white), spends most of her time transforming between a liquid and a solid, which was the inspiration behind some of our game mechanics. Her partner in crime, Bella (black), has one tooth. That’s… it. That’s her skill. Tooth.

Rounding out our Art team is Milky, a materials artist we hired because she is very texture-oriented. She loves to scope out the one uniquely textured surface in any room and sit right on it, especially tote bags.

Genevieve and Ninette are our QA testers. Do not be fooled by their attempts to merge two sisters into one. They love to knock things over and squeeze into every space they're not allowed to be in, which is why they’re so good at their job. If they ever stopped napping long enough to get to a computer, that is.

In case you’re worried about the mental health of our team, fear not! Harley is in charge of HR (Hound Resources). If anyone is stressed, angry, or frustrated, she'll come and check in on you.

Fenix and Oggy are in charge of Sales and Marketing. Skilled at screaming, Oggy will shout about The House of Hikmah at all hours of the day, but especially at 3 am when most folks are awoken by other marketing cats. Fenix is the one who focuses on sales. You can tell because he has sad eyes, and he knows how to use them. If someone doesn’t visit our Steam Page, his eyebrows reflect his sorrow.

Inspired? If you’re interested in our pawesome team, send us a message before the humans wake up.
