Be One of the First to Playtest The House of Hikmah!

If you’ve been following along these past few months, we’ve been polishing The House of Hikmah and getting it ready for its next big milestone. Environments are coming together, puzzles are being tuned, performance is improving, and the story is starting to feel whole in a way that’s incredibly exciting for our team. We’re getting close to being able to share something real and playable with the public and we’d love to give a few of you a sneak peek.

An image from the game The House of Hikmah, featuring Maya, the main character, as she transforms a floating ether box. She is standing in the Atrium, a courtyard with comfortable-looking seating areas, plants, and the tree of knowledge in the center.

That means we’re opening up playtesting sign-ups. 🎉

Playtesters are a huge part of how this game takes shape. The House of Hikmah is meant to be played slowly, thoughtfully, and at your own pace, so we're looking for players who enjoy an emotional story, cozy games, or an exploratory journey. Your feedback helps us understand what’s landing, what’s confusing, and what needs more care. Whether it’s how a puzzle clicks, how a space feels, or how the story unfolds, your perspective helps us make the game better.

This is our first public call for playtesters, and we’re genuinely excited (and a little nervous) to finally put it in players’ hands. If you’re curious, thoughtful, and enjoy narrative-driven games that focus on exploration and atmosphere, we’d love to have you.
